Cancellation
Registration is binding. After confirmed registration, cancellation is not possible. Please note that missing payment is not a cancellation (see section Payment).
Transfer of registration
If you cannot attend the event, it is possible to transfer your participation to another person. Please write us first an e-mail to info@wintercoastswing.com with all information.
Discounts
In case of financial struggles, payment arrangements may be allowed. Please contact us directly via email at info@wintercoastswing.com
Payment
The registration fee has to be paid within 14 days after confirmed registration. You will receive payment info via email. Interest for late payment may apply (penalty interest rate, 7%/year).
SCHEDULE AND CONTENT CHANGES
Unfortunate and surprising changes regarding schedule, teachers and other contents of the Event are informed mainly on this website.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
The event will be documented - photographs and videos will be taken. By taking part in the event you grant the organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images and video for marketing, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and advertisements. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the organizers.
Insurance
There is no insurance for attendees by the event organizer. We recommend that everyone takes own leisure/travel insurance.
